Educational Background
I hold a Master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada, which has deepened my knowledge of educational methodologies and global perspectives. Additionally, I am a certified CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) instructor from Cambridge University. This internationally recognized certification has equipped me with the skills to deliver high-quality, student-centered lessons.
Professional Experience
Over the past two decades, I’ve taught English in Iran and Canada, building rich, multicultural teaching experiences along the way. My career includes working with prestigious educational institutions such as:
- Oxford International Halifax – Where I supported students in their language journey through interactive and engaging lessons.
- Approach Language School – Where I taught diverse classes, helping students enhance their academic and career prospects.
Currently, I continue to support newcomers to Canada through my work with ISANS (Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia), where I assist immigrants in developing essential language skills for daily life, employment, and integration into Canadian society.
Passion for Teaching
Teaching English has been more than just a career for me — it’s my passion. I love helping students break through language barriers and discover their full potential. I believe in creating a supportive, fun, and interactive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and make mistakes as part of the learning process. My goal is to make English learning enjoyable, accessible, and relevant to each student’s goals.
